Frequently Asked Questions

Credits, payments, and how generations are billed.

How do credits work?
Credits are a universal currency for both video and image generation. Each model costs a different amount of credits. Buy credits once and use them on any model.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments go through Stripe Checkout when the operator has set STRIPE_SECRET_KEY. Until that secret exists, Select will not charge a card — it only remembers the pack. First paid purchase also adds 31 bonus credits (5 Lite + 1 Pro). Invites earn 10% of the friend’s pack.
Do credits expire?
No, your credits never expire. Use them at your own pace.
What happens if my generation fails?
Failed generations are automatically refunded. You'll only be charged credits for successful generations.
